Customers may return products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This policy applies to all products, including the EASY BALM and No. 1 VOLUME AMPOULE, which are formulated with innovative ingredients such as Biotin and Macadamia Extract.

In the event of a return, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe, typically 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

In cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers should contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will cover the return shipping costs in such instances.
